Construction of the 38,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market at the Galleria in Bee Cave is in full swing and is expected to open in late spring or early summer of 2012.

Rebecca Scofield, Austin media and community relations for Whole Foods Market, said the store will be slightly larger than the average Whole Foods.
